American Corporate Identity/14
Tom Fowler, Inc. has been selected for inclusion in the upcoming American Corporate Identity/14. According to the publisher of this hardbound annual, there was a huge increase in the number of entries submitted this year. But Tom Fowler, Inc. will be represented with three pieces.
The first selection is “Mentadent Cares” – a logo designed by Elizabeth P. Ball, Vice President of Tom Fowler, Inc./Stamford. The logo was created for a new charitable fund sponsored by Mentadent – a line of oral care products from Chesebrough-Pond’s, USA. The fund will support both local and national charities. The mark incorporates the Mentadent logo, with a unique and compelling graphic symbol showing one person lending a hand to another person – giving the sense of support, commitment and empowerment.
The second selection is a logo for St. Luke’s LifeWorks Annual Report. The logo incorporated two elements from the original St. Luke’s LifeWorks logo to further emphasize the caring, support and housing that is all part of St. Luke’s LifeWorks.
The third selection is a logo for Ocean Fox Dive Shop, designed by Thomas G. Fowler, President & Creative Director of Tom Fowler, Inc. This clever logo is for a scuba diving shop in the Bahamas – Ocean Fox Dive Shop.
The book will be available by the end of 1998.
