We were pleasantly surprised to find some of our work in a new hardbound book called “Creating Logo Families”, published by HBI, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers. The editor, David E. Carter, noticed a trend of “logo families” – a set of designs with a common corporate link, as well as a common visual connection. He thought a book that showed a wide range of “logo families” would be a great reference for designers and people looking for communication ideas. So out of his vast archives, he pulled two “logo families” that we had submitted for one of his other books. And voila, here we are!! The “logo family” on top was from an invitation to an annual party. The bottom “logo family” was developed for HillTop, a suburban housing complex that wanted to impart the closeness of nature in lovely wooded surroundings.
