UK – Experimental Perfume Club (EPC) is a London-based creative studio and micro lab specializing in bespoke perfumes for brands and individuals. Founded last year, the company’s mission is to make fragrance creation and knowledge more accessible to the general public. To do this, EPC opens its lab to the public for workshops. These workshops help deconstruct the world of perfume, exploring and educating on topics that include the art, logic, science and secrets behind fragrances so participants create signature scents of their own.
For companies, EPC offers consultancy services that help brands tell their unique story through scent. Each company is paired directly with a dedicated perfumer to create a fragrance that matches their vision. The studio is capable of producing small or large batches of the new scent, depending on a client’s needs.
So far, EPC has worked in step with branding agencies looking to propose innovative concepts to clients in the coffee and automotive industries. For a car manufacturer,they worked on recreating the smells of old cars. This was used as a way to link the past and future and recreate nostalgic memories through smell for the launch of their new concept car.
