Unilever’s global e-commerce experience design director, Oliver Bradley, is on a mission to make product images in grocery more mobile friendly. Bradley worked with the University of Cambridge to create guidelines to optimize the online experience. According to the February 01, 2018 AdAge article: “Unilever’s online sales “nearly doubled” last year to around $2.5 billion, says Chief Financial Officer Graeme Pitkethly.”*
